Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms govern your use of Growyn, operated by EDMA Group. By creating an account or using growyn.app you agree to them. If you use Growyn on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Growyn plans, generates, schedules, and (where you connect accounts) publishes marketing content, and reports its performance. AI-generated content is produced from your inputs; you review and approve content before it is published. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with the rules of each platform it is published to.

Your account and connected platforms

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

When you connect a social platform, you authorize Growyn to publish the content you approve to that platform and to retrieve its performance data, within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect any platform at any time in Settings, which revokes our access. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Growyn to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms it is published to; do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access another organization’s data.

Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next billing period.

Intellectual property

You own the content you create and approve in Growyn, including AI-generated drafts once delivered to you. We own the Growyn software, brand, and everything in the service that is not your content. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — to store, process, and transmit your content as you direct.

Disclaimers and liability

Growyn is provided "as is". We do not guarantee marketing outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that generated content is error-free — review before you publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Growyn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, the data-deletion commitments in our Privacy Policy apply.
