We do not accept
Cold outreach from sales agencies — we don't buy services through inbound forms. Recruiter cold outreach — we hire directly. And anyone offering to get us “to page one of Google” — we've read this site; we know how that ends.
How we answer
The same way the product does: plainly, honestly, signed.
A human reads everything — we're a small team building in the open, so expect plain English within a day or two, a little longer in shipping weeks. If the answer is “no” or “not yet,” you'll get that exact word instead of a paragraph dressed around it. And if your letter teaches us something — about your industry, your wall, your nights — it has a real chance of changing what we build. Several pages on this site started that way.
